That is what I bring to the table. I’ve spent my career living at every stage of the creative process—which has resulted in a uniquely diverse set of skills and competencies. From production, to high-end retouching, design, art direction, and ultimately driving the creative vision of large-scale campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands, like WWE, Pepsi, Gatorade, Volkswagen, Bose, and Coca-Cola—among others. This range has given me the perspective to know when a project needs pixel-perfect precision or a big bold idea that moves the needle.
I’m just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves and getting hands-on as I am guiding teams to think bigger, push further, and create smarter. I enjoy mentoring others and sharing my knowledge and expertise to help elevate their craft and thinking. I believe that big ideas are only as good as the craft behind them, so I sweat the details, too.
As for AI, I have embraced and welcomed it into my workflow as a tool that has immensely helped in speeding up mundane tasks and getting to more ideas in a shorter amount of time. But, I believe it should be used judiciously and responsibly. Authenticity is paramount in anything, so the second you lose that, you lose your audience.
I also believe that culture isn’t about where you work, but rather how you work, and how people are treated. I believe in empowering my team and not micromanaging. And I believe that you get the best out of people when you give them your best.
